This chart applies to play from September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2027.
| Riptide division | USA Lacrosse age groups | Birthdates |
|---|---|---|
| 8U | 7U & 8U | September 1, 2018 – August 31, 2020 |

The Riptide Way
Every player develops faster when challenged at the right level.
We do not let game rosters dictate how we practice. Players train in small skill groups of eight to ten, matched by ability. This creates more touches, more meaningful repetitions and the right level of competition for every athlete.
Our strongest players push one another at full speed. Our developing players build confidence, master the fundamentals and enjoy the game without being overwhelmed.
Every player is challenged. Every player is supported. Every player gets better.
